HOME & AWAY FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2024 VOLUNTEER
Our “Home and Away 2022” charity football tournament is only a month away! If you are not really a big fan of football but still want to participate, come and help out at the tournament! We are now looking for certified first-aiders, event photographers, pitch managers or on-site support. Sign-up today!
Commitment: attendance on event day (October 11, from 7:30AM- 6PM)
Location: King’s park, Kowloon
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER (HOME & AWAY FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2024)
Join a 30-min briefing session prior kick-off of the event
Volunteering hours will be from 8:00am – 6:00pm
Capture moments at games, opening ceremony and overall
Post-production using editing software, i.e. Photoshop and Lightroom, kindly send us edited photos within 1 week after event ends

VOLUNTEER ENGLISH TEACHER (ROAD)
Conduct assessment to new students and decide which class level they are in
Design class structure
Prepare class materials and handouts
Regular assessment to keep track of learning process
Provide general office support, including clerical tasks, Maintaining files, sorting donations, and updating the office inventory under the guidance of the Office Manager
Assisting with data entry
Volunteers proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint lists, and Power Automate are preferred
At least 4 Hour per week during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM)
COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT (BOH)
Manage and produce creative content for website, social media, publications
Help develop and maintain communication protocols internally and externally
